Hotel Reservations

Currently, the hotel room block is full and the entire hotel is sold out at this moment. I have started a waitlist and will give priority to members of record. I apologize for the situation but I’m confident I will be able to accommodate everyone as we get closer to the meeting dates. I would recommend, however, if you do not have a room at the Marriott at this time, please consider getting a back-up. The following optional hotels are located just 15 minutes from the airport and within close proximity to the JW Marriott Hill Country.

I also suggest that you call the JW Marriott Hill Country Resort (Ph: 210-276-2500) every few days to see if any rooms have opened up, because people from other groups will cancel. Worst case scenario, if some members cannot get into the Marriott, CIRT will provide transportation to and from these hotels noted above.

Things to Do

Pre-Conference Optional Activity - Sun., Oct. 19, 2025

Join us for a memorable day visiting the famous Texas Hill Country. The day will include a visit to two award winning vineyards with time to explore and enjoy the charming town of Fredericksburg. Indulge on a multi-course lunch served in Becker Vineyards private cellar. The chef created seasonal lunch will be paired with a selection of signature vintages. After lunch enjoy picturesque Fredericksburg, stroll main street, soak in the rich German history, or relax and enjoy a glass of wine on one of the many patios.

Golf

The resort is a golf-lover's paradise at TPC San Antonio. The CIRT Golf Outing will be at The Canyons course which offers more dramatic elevation changes and is woven within the unique topography of the surrounding Texas Hill Country. This course will be a fun and memorable challenge for novice and avid golfers alike. If you would like to golf on Mon, October 20, please let Jane know.
