We have one room type available in our block at the $449 rate - a Premium King. (Do not select the "Classic Room" type if you see that.) The $35 amenity fee is waived for your booking and will not appear on your final guest room folio. If you would like to inquire about a different room type, please contact the hotel directly for assistance. Guests are encouraged to contact the Willard Reservation Team:

Room Block Information: The room block cut-off date is 5:00pm ET on Thursday, March 26, 2026.
Reservation Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made no later than 5:00pm ET, two (2) days prior to the arrival date, to avoid a late cancellation fee equal to the first night's room and tax.
Additional Notes: The Amenity Fee will apply to any reservations booked OUTSIDE of the group room block. The group rate will only populate for the contracted dates and only on dates where rooms are available within the group block. If you attempt to book outside these parameters, the hotel's standard selling rates will automatically populate for the entire stay. For any pre- or post-stay reservation requests or other inquiries, please feel free to contact the Reservations Department directly. They will be happy to assist you.

CIRT members may request to bring a second attendee to the meeting, who may also be accompanied by their spouse. The registration fee includes access to all sessions, along with CIRT conference meals and receptions.
