C-Suite Pipeline Session
[curated for CEO-identified future C-Suite professionals – formerly Emerging Leaders-- invited by Members — Separate Registration Required - Please indicate on the registration form if you would like to have someone from your organization attend this.] Facilitated by FMI, this session leverages the lived experience of CIRT's CEO-identified future C-Suite professionals as a primary data source on recruitment and retention. Grounded in the macro findings of the CIRT Sentiment Index, the workshop explores the intersection of what CEOs reported in the Q2 Sentiment Index and what this cohort of future C-Suite leaders experience on the ground, surfacing candid insights that data alone cannot capture.

The Charleston Place, located in the heart of Charleston's historic district, is the city's premier luxury hotel — steps from Rainbow Row, the Battery, and City Market — offering award-winning dining just outside the door. The hotel is approximately 12 miles from Charleston International Airport (CHS), a roughly 20–30 minute drive and is also well served by two nearby general aviation airports for private travel: Charleston Executive Airport (JZI), about 12 miles from downtown; and Mount Pleasant Regional Airport (LRO), about 10 miles from downtown.
